The best indication of this is as Nomerci mentioned highest level player still uses pretty low level gears and this user is a DE Server player.

Pretty much the problem is simple. We don't need 20 new scrolls, but a few of them are absolutely needed. A new version of lucius. The entire time the game has revolved around having 50% block and critical chance, when you reach a certain level it's basically impossible to have it with current scrolls. Better not to go deeper into what the game needs because that's a rabbit hole we'll never get out of.

The suggested scrolls are way too strong. That would destroy every balancing and everyone would have to change all the items. No thanks.

The idea is good, the proposed solution not.

Not just new scrolls... for example on my speedserver (s19.sk) we cannot get even scrolls like Sebastianus or Scroll of wings. The best players are round levels 120-140. Myself, my gear is best as it could be and I have significant problems even with Callirius.

How about make scrolls more available?

Well since there are a lot of events with +10% chance to find a scroll it is not really a problem to get the rare scrolls like sebastianus etc.

I also play on a new speedserver and I already have most of them. Collect items in the underworld (middle uw) and smelt them during the event.

jassomish Another really good way to find scrolls is during the events with 50% reduction in mission cooldown. During that event, activate the pact for reducing mission cooldown, and it will give you unlimited missions (you can refresh as much as you want). That way, you can spend hours in the UW, just asking new missions, checking if an interesting item comes up, and if not you just keep asking for new missions.

That way you can reliably generate a lot of items with good scrolls, as long as youre ready to click for a few hours. Then just smelt during a 10% scroll drop event

Yes you can only find sebastianus scroll in the underworld. It did it like sheo explained. I collected 50 sebastianus items during such an event

Also what you get depends a bit on level. Right after lvl100, its easier to find suffixes (inferno/obscurity etc), but you don't see a lot of prefixes (from my experience). You can still get your hold on them, it's just a bit harder.
While at higher level, you might see mostly prefixes (Sebastianus and a lot of others).

I think new scrolls are not a big emergency, if people can get their hands on inferno scrolls. There is already a bit of variety in there, it's just hard to get for a lot of people.

But if someone of your guild found a rare scrole this could be a great help for you too. Your friend can help you to get the scroll.

Example:

Player A found an inferno scroll. Player B didn‘t find the scroll. Now Player A can forge gloves of inferno for player B in a cheap color (green, blue, pink) and in a big quantity. No preffix. Only the suffix. Without big costs Player B receives 10-20 gloves of inferno to smelt during the event.

Big advantages:

- you can double the chance to get the scroll by smelting. If you smelt a taliths glove of inferno you still have the chance to get the taliths scroll (only 5% chance to find the inferno scroll). If you smelt a glove of inferno without preffix you have a 10% chance to find the scroll.

- the smelting time is very short. What means you can smelt a lot of gloves a day

With this little tricks it‘s not difficult to get the scrolls.
