i think the problem is that you dont have the among of fragments to convert into ressources.
For example you need 50 white fragments to convert into 1 white quality ressource.
40 green fragments if you want to convert into 1 green ressources
30 blue…

i think you should think about a items that gives this buff. we have players from everywhere with different times zones and some people who works and different times.
If they return and they dont get this buff ( because after 4 hours this buff is away…

Alright, I thought it is 1:1 mechanism.
