My request is simple. Currently x1 server can enter underworld 5 days after completion. If we add in the 2 day duration of costume, this is essentially once a week. I am suggesting this waiting time be reduced by half . This will give x1 players double the access to uw costumes, uw prefix/suffix items, and uw resources through smelting. This will make it possible to obtain more uw scrolls and forge more uw items . I think this would be a small , easy to implement adjustment which would make a huge impact for x1 player trying to compete with x5 players

The system works in my eyes totally fair if we compare x1 and x5. The costume stays 5 times longer on x1 server, of course the waiting time has to be also 5 times longer.
-
As Tzzz said, would be totally unfair to other speeds.
Anyway GF always try to keep the same game across all servers, with only the speed being different. The best you can get, if you want to help old players struggling to catch up, are changes that help more these players than others. For example, the new changes to forge and smelting are more impactful for those players (though they help everyone).

Maybe in this situation you have right, but duration of premium account is totally unfair.
Cost of premium account is this same for every speed servers and duration is this same.
Duration of premium should be divided by speed server.
-
Your serious? 15 rubys for only round about 3 (14:5) days premium? Lol then you can close the speedservers immediately....
-

This is true but has not much to do with the subject (cooldown of UW).
This would be worth some kind of change, but here is not the place to discuss it I think. Otherwise we could make a list of stuff that doesn't depend on speed and is therefore unfair for either slow or speed servs; but it's out of topic.

I think it is a good idea, just to compensate for the benefits of the *5 servers.
On a times *5 server the players can use the Underworld costumes much more efficient, because the *1 players need to sleep during the duration of the costume and *5 players don't. So the benefit much more.
Furthermore *5 players can gather much more gold before an event than a *1 players, because the announcement are made on a set date for all servers. Till the event tey can maken at least 5* more gold and therefor train much cheaper
Not even talking about the financial benefits.
So it would only be fair to compensate and make the huge gap between the *5 servers and the *1 servers a little less.
-
Well that are only the advantages of x5. There are also several advantages of x1-players. It‘s not such a easy situation as you describe it. But I think it‘s not the right place to discuss this very difficult question. There are a lot of other threads which already discuss it.
-
It is the not the wrong place , just because you get a counter argument. Deadite asks for a compensation for the advantages of a *5 server. You say the system is totally fair (in your eyes). Well.... it is not!
-
I can understand that x1 players like to grow as fast as x5-players. In terms of progress in level it‘s not fair, I agree.
...but in my eyes the competition between x1-players and x5-players is totally fair. The speed of a server doesn‘t effect the quality of the accounts. Only the knowhow of a player decides about the quality of an account on a specific level.
-
It is funny how you ignore orignal post I made and why I think (and Deadite) that a compensation would be fair.
Just saying it's fair doesn't make it fair

-
WHY have X5 systems?
We play X1 system over ten years.
We have no choice to X5 system
It's totally unfair
-
Those who have a real gap in gladiators, outside of skill, luck and style of play, are the old veterans that started the game without many core features that we have today. For those that went far without forging, much micro events or even underworld, it is understandable to struggle more than newer players (whatever the speed).
However its not a question of speed, all speed 1 have not started the game 10 years ago. And a new account at speed 1 will have no real disadvantages compared to a speed 5, he will just progress slower (totally normal).
Any measure of compensation can not be a flat gift to all *1 players, as said it would alter the fair competition.

Okay here you have my statement:
1. argument: „use the underworld costume more efficient“
Maybe in theory. Maybe for gameaholics. But especially for players with a job the underworld costumes aren‘t efficient on a speedserver. On a x1 server you have the costume two hole days. You can play a bit in the morning, during lunch and in the evening. On a speedserver that‘s not possible. Often it‘s only possible to play some hours in the evening. I find it always funny when x1-players forget what it means to play 9 hours a day with dis pater. In my eyes the x1-players can us the costume more effient. And they have a better game-life-balance.
2. argument: „more efficient in events“
Yes, I agree.
But x1-players have the huge advantages of the several events in the past. An old x1 account had maybe 200 of events in his career, a new x5 account maybe 50. That is more than a compensation.
3. financial benefits
Not at all. If you grow that fast you have to spend much more to stay competitive. A x1 player makes once topitems and is able to use them for a year. A x5 player has to buy new items every two month to stay competitive.
-
rofl. Sheo would love to like your post, but that would be one step too far, even for him
1. The problem here is that the advantage exists and you can make use of it and play 9 hours a day with Dis Pater and thus get a huge advantage. And I know there are players on a *5 server which use this advantage.
2. A *5 server and a *1 server have the same amount of events to get to a ceratin level. It's funny that this argument was stated just to show that there is no difference between a *5 server and a *1 server. Now that it is convenient, the statement comes back, but the other way around :O
3. No. A *1 player has to spend a lot more rubies to get to a certain level as a *5 server. It will take hom a lot longer and because the pacts and centurion on both servers are 14 days, the *1 player has to pay a lot more.
So a bit of compensation is still fair.
This is my last post on this thread. I am getting tired of *5 players saying how fair it is.
-
2. A *5 server and a *1 server have the same amount of events to get to a ceratin level.
What? A *1 server has to play for 4-5 years to reach level 130. During this time he has a lot of events every year and is able to profite of them. A *5 has to play only one year to reach level 130 (yes that‘s not fair!). He has only the events of one year.
At the end of the day the *1 level 130 (with lot of trainings event, 90% smithreducution events etc.) competes with a *5 level 130 (with only a few events). That‘s a huge advantage for the *1 account.
...yes maybe it is better if we don‘t discuss it in detail
we will never agree to each other

I don't think there's a "a huge advantage for *1" in terms of events, i just think it balances itself out. As Tzzz explained, advancing 5 times slower means you will encounter 5* more events during the same level span. Simple, right ?
So assuming that your benefit is 1/5 of the benefit in *5 (because 5 x less expeditions, loot etc), both end up even. One gets 5 times more events (per level), the other uses them 5 times more.
For the argument of lost efficiency on speed1, please remember that all players have a life and must sleep, work etc.
Besides, depending on the situation it can be more convenient to be in speed 1. For instance, most of the interesting expedition events are 2-days events. So in speed 1, you will cover the entire event in UW1 outfit. Yes you'll lose some points while sleeping, but if anything, speed 5 lose more (as they replenish points faster). And a speed player will not be able to be in costume for the full event.
As said before, since you get 5* this event for each time a speed 5 gets it, you are winning in this situation. So it depends on what situation you're looking at.

It is great to see so much discussion regarding this topic. Thank you guys for adding some valid points . Truthfully it's not my intent to make a dramatic comparison or complaint between x1 and x5 players, but I think this would be a great way to bridge the gap regarding uw resources and equipment .
That's the real game changer. Those epic items which take so many resource x1 has limited availability to this. Comparing stats to equipment, the equipment makes a huge difference .
Even if this idea we're implemented across all speed of server, it would still be good for x1 players of many years. If this means x5 can go to uw every 8 hours, that's fine too ( it just wouldn't make much sense) which is why I suggested the idea for x1 alone as it would make a reasonable impact whereas x5 does not seem to have problem with uw access ...
At the end of the day, x5 players is where I take many golds from , so I don't want to slow them down in any way
I appreciate their ambitions.

I like your way to communicate and discuss. Reflected way to argue and communicate. Great.
(Sorry for the off topic but I had to say that)
