There were issues with the Ruby Blessing Event (Dice Event) yesterday, 07.07.2024, where for several hours no dice were offered after a premium currency purchase. The event was fixed at 11:15 CEST, and from that point on, new purchases provided a dice roll as intended.

Regarding the ruby purchases while the event was broken, all purchased will receive the maximum possible bonus from the dice by default. This should be compensated into your account before the end of the day (please be aware, due to technical reasons, the delivery might take slightly longer).
