exp micro event bug

Anyone else not getting extra exp from the micro event. I am not getting any extra event from arena since the event started.

I also don't see anyone who attacked me getting extra exp so I initially thought that the event is bugged for everyone. However, this guy below got 9 exp from an arena attack.

    What is going on?

Tested with arena attack (same province) just now. I still don't get any extra exp.

Update: After doing more attacks, it seems like the bonus works.

    I got 3, 9, 3, 6, 3 exp from the last 5 arena attacks.

This weird limitation makes this specific micro event buff rather useless because I actively avoid attacking people in the same province to avoid creating unnecessary enemies, especially several of them are potential customers and future guildmates.
