Tested with arena attack (same province) just now. I still don't get any extra exp.
Update: After doing more attacks, it seems like the bonus works.
I got 3, 9, 3, 6, 3 exp from the last 5 arena attacks.This weird limitation makes this specific micro event buff rather useless because I actively avoid attacking people in the same province to avoid creating unnecessary enemies, especially several of them are potential customers and future guildmates.

Anyone else not getting extra exp from the micro event. I am not getting any extra event from arena since the event started.
I also don't see anyone who attacked me getting extra exp so I initially thought that the event is bugged for everyone. However, this guy below got 9 exp from an arena attack.What is going on?
