Attacks between boosted and non-boosted servers

What's the point of allowing arena/turma attacks between boosted and non-boosted servers?

Playing on a 1x server and being farmed by someone from a 5x server and essentially never being able to overtake them makes very little sense.

No answer? So attacks between servers with different speeds is supposed to be sensible?

Or is this some kind of strategy to force people to consolidate into fewer servers?
