i checked. the packs came on page 2, because the costume I had until the event end was the one with a lot of days package extension. Then I changed to another one with less days, so the new packages were ordered more to the right. Thanks and the thread can be closed.

Another item which appears in the notifications but doesn't arrive in packs....This is getting annoying...

I won a battle in a dungeon and I was supposed to gain a purple amulet as primary loot. But I don't see it in my packs. Has anyone encountered this situation also?

The collect daily reward stays on top and does not deliver the reward. Trying to collect from my inventory some stuff refreshes the game.
