On December 13, 2021, there were 6 days left until the full moon, and a similar situation happened to me back then as well. If I felt like digging through more screenshots, I could find even more cases of losses against mirror matches. A few times it happened that I lost 7 times against mirror matches, and then another 8 times throughout the entire underworld.

The next day, when I was doing the underworld again, I went through the whole thing without a single loss, without changing any equipment at all. So I tend to lean more toward the “Eurojackpot theory” — or maybe it just depends on how the gods feel when they wake up, since this isn’t Bitefight :D. The chance of success is 50/50 in every fight. It all depends on critical hits, blocking, and accuracy.

Another battle in which I was supposed to defeat him in round 70. By the end of the battle, in round 104, he should have already had -21,228 HP.

Checking the text log with Gemini

Good day. According to the GCA, text log, I managed to defeat Jago, Avatar of Antenociticus today. However, according to the final display, he still had 58k health. From round 96, he had -455 HP, and the fight continued until my last slave fell. I should have defeated him in this battle and received the title for defeating the hardest boss in the entire game, but due to this bug, I received nothing.

In the final dungeon “Grand Ritual” (level 250), there is either a bug or a hidden mechanic during the boss fight that is not mentioned in the text log. According to GCA, my manual calculations, and Gemini, the boss should have had 7,382 HP remaining at the end. However, according to the final display and the statistics table, the boss had 47,720 more HP.

I don’t understand where the boss got that much additional health at the end. The text log does not mention any healing on that scale as shown in the statistics. Based on the correct calculations, the boss should have only received 5,975 healing. According to the statistics, however, the boss received 53,695 healing.

Is this a bug? Or did the developers simply forget to mention a special healing mechanic in the text log?
