I hereby submit an official complaint regarding the method of calculating discounts during the current event. As a community of players, we were misled by official announcements, which led to measurable losses of time and resources.

Analysis of the problem using the Forum as an example (41 -> 42):

Base cost with Centurion discount (30%): 81,451,019,928 gold.

Expected event discount (35%): According to the announcements, a reduction in cost to approximately 40.7 billion gold was expected.

Actual cost during the event: 52,943,162,953 gold.

Failings on the part of the creators:

Misleading: The announcement of a 35% discount suggested a real cost reduction of that amount. In reality, a mechanism was used that gives a real benefit of only 24.5%, which is inconsistent with the marketing message.

Lack of transparency: Nowhere in the announcements was it stated that the discounts do not add up mathematically (additively), but are applied to already reduced amounts, which drastically changes the demand for resources.

Inability to fulfil plans: Players spent a month accumulating funds based on official data. A difference of 13 billion gold on a single building level is impossible to make up during a short event.

    Expectations:

In view of the above, as an aggrieved user, I demand:

An official explanation and apology for the misleading information.

Correction of the discount mechanism to the level announced (or compensation in the form of an extension of the event with a higher multiplier).

Compensation for guilds that incurred higher costs due to unclear bonus calculation rules.

The game is based on trust between the developers and the community. A situation where an ‘event’ becomes a source of frustration rather than a benefit damages the image of the company and demotivates the most loyal players.

Overall, this situation is just a joke. In the game, you will not see the cost of 1 gold for building upgrades. They will be higher. There will also be disappointment because, once again, the event does not look as promised. Example.

The cost of upgrading the forum from level 41 to 42 is 81,451,019,928 gold, including a 30% discount for Centurions in the guild.

The event is coming, so we are counting on a 35% discount, similar to training, so: forum 41 -> 42 level costs 40,725,509,964.

In fact: forum 41 -> 42 costs 52,943,162,953 during the event.

The difference is huge, though. It is impossible to collect almost 13 billion gold in a short time. The contribution was announced, people paid conscientiously, and yet the amount turns out to be insufficient for the expansion. The event was announced practically a month in advance, but it is not what was promised and is misleading.

A 35% discount on guild expansion costs is, in practice, a 24.5% discount on guild expansion. Disappointment. Huge. Nothing works as it should.

Will there be compensation? I doubt it.

    A simple apology? We'll see.

    I send a ticket:

Subject: Drastic increase in account operating costs and decrease in mechanic efficiency (Hades/Forge)

    Report content:

    Good day,

I am writing to make an official enquiry regarding changes to the game's backend that were introduced without adequate information in the official changelogs. As a long-time player, I have noticed a number of changes since the backend updates that cumulatively and drastically reduce the playability of the game and force disproportionately higher expenses. In the collection of game updates during my playing period [2018-2026], I see no mention of anything being done in this particular aspect, although I have irrefutable evidence illustrating that identical actions over the years produce extremely different results. Having studied mathematics, I can see that the current results, when compared with data from previous years, are nowhere near within the margin of statistical error. There has been a change in algorithms to the detriment of the consumer - in this case, the players.

Underworld: I have observed an unnatural increase in the strength of opponents, which is not due to my advancement to a higher level. This results in the need to resurrect characters and regenerate health points with Rubies much more frequently. Has the difficulty scaling algorithm in UW been modified to increase the consumption of premium resources?

Forge Mechanics: I conducted a series of item forging attempts with odds of [e.g. 70-80%]. The statistical number of failures exceeds the standard statistical error. Please confirm whether the percentage chance of success displayed in the interface corresponds to the actual algorithm on the server side. In my opinion, the mathematics does not translate into what is observed in the game.

Expedition drops: I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of loot and forging materials, which, combined with problems in the Forge, creates a bottleneck that prevents progress without additional financial outlay.

Magus: In my opinion, a 25% chance of success usually brings the expected results on average every 6-7 attempts. It is unbelievable that after several observations, the results differ so much from what is displayed in the game interface.

Please provide specific information on whether the above phenomena are the result of an intentional rebalancing of the game or a technical error that occurred after the optimisation of the server scripts. The lack of official announcements about the deterioration of these parameters misleads players as to the chances of success of their actions.

I expect a substantive response that is not based solely on the definition of randomness (RNG), but refers to the stability of the game algorithms for which we, as players, pay. I suspect that the game I have chosen uses practices that violate consumer interests. This is contrary to the provisions of the laws on counteracting unfair market practices, and the random mechanisms in the game are inconsistent with the declarations presented in the user interface. The lack of relevant information will be grounds for the validity of my thesis and a reason for submitting an appropriate letter to the office in order to protect consumer rights.

    Yours sincerely,

    juve.

I'm doing UW and getting these results.

It's been like this for a few days. I am an experienced player, so I know that training basics generate monsters statistics. I keep them deliberately low while regularly strengthening my main character with valuable items. Over the years, I have found that it is getting harder and harder and the ruby expenditure is getting higher and higher to complete the UW at all.

Second thing: I enter UW in search of UW items. I choose easy UW. I have a UW3 costume on (faster fights in the arenas). Additionally, 6000% regeneration from prayer in Templum (which allows me to fight in UW with almost no HP loss). Over an hour spent rolling tasks (every 0 seconds, of course). Result: 1 UW item.

I'll write about how it was when I started the game:

UW at level 100 was a piece of cake. Practically no rubies lost. Not much HP lost. Even at 200+ with maxed out characters, it was as enjoyable as it is today at 100+.

UW items? I spent 3 hours using the method described above and had 15 pages of items to melt. Before level 110, I knew 90% of the scrolls from UW. Today, it's hard to even find food with the UW prefix/suffix.

As far as I'm worried, it's blatant cheating. I don't see any changes in the game updates regarding the above aspects of the game, but I'm convinced that there was interference. What do you think?

W innym przypadku brak wsparcia.

PS. Mnóstwo gildii w ten sposób przepadło.
