I can't enter the game on any server, neither on my phone nor on my PC, regardless of using wifi/LTE, both in normal browser mode and in incognito/private. I keep being redirected to the lobby. To make things worse, after a few of such redirections I'm getting "Sorry, you tried more passwords than normal users should. To protect accounts with weak passwords you are locked out for a while. If you are not a password guessing bot please come back in three hours (and maybe use the password recovery email instead of guessing). See you later!" on one of my servers. What's going on?

At least some of the servers seem to be back up and running again, but what about "Sorry, you tried more passwords than normal users should."? I'm worried about my packages...

Despite the fact that the problem seems to be solved, for the ones that tried to get in Several times, now are blocked for 3h (That's my case and several people I see here on the forum).
Maeve is there something it can be done? Can this rule be cleared this time? I'm with the underworld costume & with active centurium and I'm not going to do any use of it for 3 hours because of this problem.

It's definitely been more than 3 hours, yet the problem persists. What makes it even more annoying is the fact that I haven't entered the password incorrectly, I'm just trying to enter a specific province from the lobby, which I'm undoubtedly properly logged into.
