I am an active Gladiatus player from Turkey. Until recently, ruby purchases on the global servers were available in each player’s local currency, including Turkish Lira (TRY). However, the payment system was recently changed to Euro for all players, regardless of their country.
This creates a serious problem for players living in Turkey. Due to the extremely high Euro exchange rate, ruby prices have increased drastically. For example, an amount we previously bought for 225 TRY now costs around 2500 TRY. Because of this, many Turkish players are discussing quitting the game, as the prices have become unaffordable.
For this reason, I kindly request that purchases on global servers be priced again in each player’s own local currency, such as TRY for players living in Turkey. This would make the game more accessible and fair for all players.
Please review this issue and consider restoring local currency pricing.
