  • How to Add Additional Email Addresses to the Support System


    If you use multiple email addresses or have recently changed the email linked to your game account, we strongly recommend adding those addresses to your support account. Doing so will allow you to submit tickets and receive replies from more than one email address, without needing to create duplicate support accounts.


    For any request involving your game account, such as technical issues, bug reports, ban appeals, or issues accesing the game, it is mandatory to submit the ticket using the email address associated with your game account. For general inquiries (e.g., questions about events, game features, or user reports), it is not strictly required, although still recommended.


    Please note that the support team may ask you at any time to resend your ticket from the registered game account email in order to verify your identity.

    Keep in mind: for the support team, the only legitimate owner of a game account is the person who has access to the registered email address.


    Steps to Add an Additional Email Address

    1T8YKUGTDwRTG1xyOm3diUUb15kERkUhO Click on “Manage email addresses” located on the right-hand side.

    1T8YKUGTDwRTG1xyOm3diUUb15kERkUhO A menu will appear showing all email addresses currently linked and verified in your support account. These addresses allow the support and game teams to confirm your identity when a ticket is submitted. To add a new address, click “Add email address”.

    1T8YKUGTDwRTG1xyOm3diUUb15kERkUhO A verification email will be sent to the new address. You must open it and confirm the link by clicking the verification link inside. This link is only valid for 24 hours. If not confirmed in time, the address will be removed automatically.


    Once confirmed, the new email will be linked to your support account, and you’ll be able to use it to submit and manage support tickets as usual.


    Important:

    • To streamline support communication and keep your history centralized, we recommend using a single support account and simply linking all the necessary email addresses to it.
    • If your game account is registered with a different email than the one you usually use for support, it's highly recommended to add it as an additional address for smoother future verifications.
    • Please remember that every new email address must be verified. Until the verification process is completed, it cannot be used to submit tickets.
    • Even if you forget to manually select the correct address when submitting a ticket, the support team will still be able to check which addresses are linked to your account and use them to confirm your identity.
