NO FUSION "s75 EN"?

  • We lost 80% of our players in a month and were waiting for the merge. At least 40% of those who returned came back just to prepare for the merge....

Two months ago, many S75 players were complaining about a multi-account player selling gold, tools, and resources. They were trying to get him banned. He was flooded with tickets (because they were sending photos of the tickets to Discord). They complained to Discord.

My guild has 54 active players, and the top 2 guild is the same, and we were 5 active guilds....

Then came the arbitrary bans. 7-day ban for the most active...

They complained because they banned everyone except the player the entire server wanted banned...

After the 7 days... 2 hours later, yes, 2 hours later, when they started playing again, they were banned for 14 days... Here, the server practically died... there are only 2 active guilds left...

It took me a while to convince at least a few people to come back, and some did. Then, the next day, without even 1 day of play, a third wave of 30-day bans came... here, the server was already down to 40%.

I had a hard time convincing almost 80% of them to come back to the game because the merger was coming... And they excluded us when most of us supported the merger post :(

Is there a way for the S75 to also be considered for this merger?

If we don't get to the merger, most of us will be taking an indefinite vacation until the next merger. I'm not saying this in a "do it or we'll leave" kind of way. We were pretty excited about the merger, and most of us came back just for the merger, since it would be more interesting :(

  • Bans really are a problem. Let's face it, all of us are using bots while playing and everyone knows it. It makes no sense to ban some people and not others when clearly everyone is using bots. BySarach has been a menace and a guy who has been ruining the game for everyone for years now by selling ingame items for real money.

He is literally taking away gameforge profits by buying cheap rubies/tools and selling the same things for cheaper to people who are not from turkey.

His nickname was BySarach for a while and it's easy to notice who he is, even when he changes his name. He has been spamming with level 5 accounts while posting BySarach discord and his ingame name and gameforge still never banned him which is totally insane. Only thing I can get out of that is that he has friends in gameforge that are protecting him for years now.

He always has a same guild with same turkish people in it and lot of his own multiaccounts as always.

Anyways gameforge, terrible management as always, I really can't imagine some of you have paid jobs doing this/moderating, because most of you are useless and are not doing anything. ;(

  • I too think that all the excitement about the new server has waned after the ban wave (that didn't include BySarach or other sellers). It seems unfair that you don't see giving us an option to automate fights as a solution. We have to compulsively click while not really enjoying the game :D.

We were waiting for a merge, which seems won't happen for our server, which will die soon because of it.

I hope you will listen to us sometime :D.

  • Since you're talking about the bans issue over the merger, I'd also like to remind you that it was very "strange" that everyone who was banned had sent a ticket to report resource and account sellers and they never banned the person they reported but them... that was also a problem that's why most people want to leave the server. The merger had been a bit more exciting to keep playing but they didn't include us :(

I mean, we wouldn't even need merger if they didn't ban bunch of people bunch of times. The main problem is that you can't appeal about ban and even if you do, you will get generic answer couple of days later without them even looking at your account or why were you banned. It's just crazy how they finally get very active server and then they decide to ruin it by banning half of the server, while avoiding number 1 player(Idk if he has a friend in gameforge since germany in general has a lot of turkish workers or what) and all of his multies.

  • Hello everyone,

I would like to respond to some false statements made in this thread, as they directly affect my work and the integrity of our team.

As the responsible for server 75 EN, I must say that when I was assigned to this server, I found one of the highest levels of rule violations and bot usage I have ever seen. Over time, however, the situation improved thanks to our interventions and data analysis.

To clarify: sanctions are never random. Each one is personally reviewed and based on clear indicators that confirm the use of bots, automation tools, or similar unfair systems. Since I joined Gameforge, I have never had to unban a player due to a mistake, if a ban is applied, it is because the evidence is 100% certain.

The type and duration of each sanction depend on several factors, including the severity and frequency of the detected behavior. As for the "generic replies", please understand that the reason and duration are always the same information shown in every case, and it can also be seen in the lobby when you try to access your character.

We don't allow public discussions about bans because our systems accuracy is extremely high, and we won't reveal the exact triggers to prevent abuse. Sanctions are also not applied immediately, players always have time to correct their behavior before permanent measures are taken.

    so..

    Are bans random? No

    Are they unjustified? No

Remember: by playing, you agree to Gameforge's Terms and Conditions, which strictly forbid these actions. Following or breaking them is your choice, but the consequences are clear.

Regarding the server 75 merge, it seems newer servers won't be merged for now. Still, your feedback will be passed on to the internal team, though we can't promise any specific outcome.

I hope this clrears up any confusion :)

  • If you really think people are getting to level 100+ without the usage of bots, you never played the game and should never be in the position you're in. Player named BySarach, currently bbk has been botting and selling ingame items for real money for years.
I don't understand why don't you adress him, since a lot of people have sent you tons and tons of evidence about him either botting and selling his own automation tools as well as selling cheaper tools, red resources and items for real money using the same name over and over again.

And as you said, bans clearly aren't random because Sarach is somehow always avoided when deciding on who to ban, even though he is always rank 1 player.

  • -Right now I’m playing on the S63 TR server. Bysarach(BBK) and his friends are playing there too. They have an alliance and they’re bringing players into it with real money. They constantly sell gold in-game and play only with bots 24/7. I’ve tracked them for a long time. They turn the bot off for 4–5 hours a day, so I think that’s why they’re not getting banned. Even though it’s very obvious they use bots, the Turkish admins aren’t banning them. I have more than 30 tickets; I even sent my own screenshots as evidence, yet neither Bysarach nor the five friends with him were banned. Other players who bot like them do get banned…

***By the way, I’d like to note that I’ve bought more than 70k rubies (yakut) in the game, and that’s how I was able to get past level 100. I’ve never used a bot—you can check the S63 TR server; my name is Calamaro. I’ve played the game many times, so I know how to farm EXP; that’s why I was level 80 even on the first day the server opened. But the people using bots passed me very quickly thanks to the bot, even though they didn’t top up as many rubies as I did.

***And I’m sure the admin named Maeve helped with this. On the day the S63 server was going to be merged, she said she would look at these characters and ban them. Meave said she’s not an admin on the TR server anymore, they aren’t banning those who bot.

***I’d also like to point out that almost everyone is botting on the TR servers; you can even tell from the forum how uninterested the Turkish admins are.

*****One day this game will be fixed, and when that day comes, real players will win.

    Kind Regards,

  • It's actually insane to me how they still haven't perma banned him as soon as he opens the account and starts playing. However, I don't know who run the s75 before maeve and I don't wanna accuse her, especially because she is actually responding to the problem. But something has to be rotten in the gf team, because of years of "clear as day" cheating and breaking most of the ToS from the Sarach guy. I personally know a lot of people who actually stopped playing because of Sarach.

  • Hello again :)

This discussion has started to go off track, and I'm afraid I have to close the thread, as discussions about bans or reports are not allowed on the forum and the main topic has been lost.

Before closing, I would like to make one last thing clear: we do not discuss reports or sanctions publicly. Any kind of report or suspicion regarding other players must always be submitted through the official support system. Not every report leads to a visible account suspension, and there are actions and measures that are not public and cannot be shared. For this reason, you will not always know what actions have been taken, and assuming that nothing has been done would be a mistake on your part. Please know that we do read your messages and that investigations are carried out internally, but the conclusions and follow-up actions are handled by the team, not openly for the players.

I thought this had already been clear before, and its obviously my mistake if it wasn't. If at any point you have a complaint about the work of a team member, you can ask a superior to review the case. However, please remember that no one is banned or unbanned based on the number of reports received. Keep that in mind for any future reports.

As for the main purpose of this thread, I’ve already forwarded your request to the team, and we hope to receive a response soon.

    Thank you for your understanding.
    Thread closed.
