what do these actually do?

    there are 3 different functions that your respective fighter can perform
      
      
    this applies to your mirror and all 4 mercenaries
      
      
    either he can actively attack, or serve as a blocker, or he can have the heal function.

    i get it, but is there any info, on what bonuses exactly mercenary get from these?
    Like %procentage, like does it get bigger attacking success, like dexterity or what (for attacker for examp)
