So my game is set to English (US) lang., and I went to check the Blessing from Apollo pact, when I noticed something is missing, at first, I thought there was some silent nerf, but there wasn't. So I set my language to English (UK) and noticed, that the right text is there.
So it seems this description is just not there in US.

new expedition and exp balance? Repair?? 180+ extra strong.. full strong charachter 240+lvl.... Even the strongest characters can't defeat the level 180 expedition bosses.. a joke category. Unfortunately, the game has become. You're really late with the developments.. and it's tiring to write everything down 1500 times for the admin..
