* Los bots están por todas partes en el juego. Quita un punto de las reglas o un bot legal (como Metin).
* limitar el rol de soporte a informar sobre eventos en el foro.
Esto es sólo el comienzo.

I appreciate every effort you put into trying improve the game. Unfortunately, it's leading nowhere.
No one in higher positions seems to care about making the game better — they only care about how to generate as much profit as possible with the least amount of effort and money.
What's sad is that when you post suggestions for improvement here on the forum, according to the admins, no one from the leadership will ever read them. Because the forum is supposedly only for player-to-player communication. So the best you’ll get is an admin reply like: "Sorry, I can’t do anything about that, but I’ll pass it along."
Which is already considered a win, because usually all you get are a few likes from the most active users — an actual admin response is rare. It's a shame they don’t support suggestions and just give up on any kind of improvement. And I don’t buy the argument "admins in the game and forum are just volunteers." Once they joined the team, they took on the responsibility to support the community.
Which brings me to ticket handling — replies like "Sorry, I can’t help you with this problem"; "your ban ends in 2 days anyway" and a general unwillingness to help players. But hey, at least it's entertaining LOL.

Also since it's a browser game it's really easy to make new updates for it..

Yes, I definitely agree. This game needs somethings new. We've been saying this for years.
What about "gear loot boxes"? A box, which contains random gear (not a trash like temporary upgrades, receipes, etc..). The item quality would depend on a player level, starting at let's say 90 % green / 10 % blue on level 1-9 growing to 60 % blue / 38 % purple / 2 % orange on level 80 - 84, then each level raising chance to get orange gear and lowering chance to get blue gear. At level 100 get 1 % on red item and then growing...
You may get that as a reward, or buy for 5 - 10 rubbies. You may buy only let's say 1 - 5 / day. (to prevent this feature from being to powerful).
It would help to get more good gear (or at least materials) and also cold bring some extra money to GF 
Another ideas just would be to improve chance o get quality drop on expeditions ("why I get 10 - 20 recepies each time I use Dispater I. costume on level 111?")
Also some boost for slow servers would help (more exp, better forge chance or higher material drop chance). I play 2 yrs on slow server with mostly orange gear, getting beated by newbies on fast servers full in red underground gear 
And lastly, server merging more often: Fast servers are good to start, but those servers are also quickly dead. In CZ rep we have now 9 servers I gues, first 7 of them having about 30 active players max..

The only positive change in this game is the closure of all servers with the game.
Then, why did you started this thread with suggestions? Do you want improvements or closure of the game?
