I'm interested in the max lvl of buildings in a guild. As I can see lvl 20 is the max for all except the Forum Gladiatorius. The highest I saw was lvl 25 but I'm interested to find out what the max is.
Also what is the final look of the guild? Do more details appear at lvl 26?

20 is not the max level of all buildings, but most of them. I think the maximal level for the forum is 30.
