i have the same error. have sent them a ticket 24h ago but no one bothers to have a look...

for me works now...magically solved by itself
BUT...i already lost packs and gold and fked arena statistics AND premium time AND tickets are still "in progress" -,-
i think i can see now why players are leaving...
