money has been taken from my card without my notice

    I couldnt find a way to send ticket and couldnt write about this on payment section so I write here.


    when I checked my card details today I have seen that some money has been taken from my card at 25.10.2022.. I didnt give any ruby orders nor I didnt get 3d confirmation messages by my bank at that day.


    I am gonna talk to my bank to cancel any kind of payment to this game but I also want ask if this has happened to anyone before or the game authorities know anything wrong about this?

    As far as i know something similar has happened to another guy on Romanian community. Unfortunately he is not longer an active player and i don't know how you can reach him. I have no knowledge on how or if he sorted out

    simply dont buy rubies, 10% ruby events should be enough to play the game comfortably, only if u are active during those events and get like 100+ rubies
